-What do you call smart glass film in our life?
+Many names. Magic Glass and Magic Film, switchable glass/film, miracle glass/film, smart window, smart glass,PDLF FILM, glass, PDLC glass, and privacy window (glass), etc.
-Will Smart Glass or Smart Film be harmful to other electronic devices or the human body? Need to avoid children?
+Not at all.
-Can I try to modify Smart Glass or Smart Film by myself?
+Better not. Unless you are trained and experienced for this. Smart Glass or Smart Film are sensitive inside, and wrong modifications could lead to smart film broken.
-Will I get an electric shock if I touch Smart Glass or Smart Film without glove?
+No. Smart Glass or Smart Film are insulated very well and will not injury you if you touch them with your naked hand. If the Smart Glass or Smart Film are installed and used according to our instructions, the smart film/smart glass is safe.
-How long does it take Smart Glass or Smart Film to switch from transparent to frosted white and vice verse?
+Very short time. About 1/100th of a second to switch from transparent to frosted white. So you can not feel there is a delay.
-The Smart Glass or Smart Film is damaged, but the Smart Glass or Smart Film still works. Should I continue using it?
+No. A damaged glass or film may lead to a risk of electric shock. Turn it off and Unplug it.
